Al-Badran: there aren't any obstacles facing National Observing Organizations in participating on the Election Day

Riydh Al-Badran, the chief electoral officer, stated that there aren't any obstacles facing National Observing Organizations in monitoring the electoral process. He also denied the news circulated in media, that the national observer must get his Voting Card on the Election Day, adding that the BoC has accredited observers whether they have these documents or no.

The accreditation will be according to the mechanisms that IHEC had taken in the Regulation of Ntional Observers No.(3) of 2018.

Al-badran referred that IHEC adapted series of procedures to facilitate the submissions process of the National, International Observers, providing that 8th May is last day for applying.

It's mentioned that IHEC called National, International Observing Organizations to participate in the upcoming elections, as well as, providing them with many concessions for being important partners in the electoral process.
